New motor suspension
Stainless steel platter-bearing with soft brass bushing and teflon mirrors together with a new motor suspension for better decoupling of the motor vibrations to tonearm and chassis ensure lowest rumble and noise.
8,6'' Carbon-Aluminium Tonearm
Finished as a one-piece, with no resonance-inducing headshell, the X1 is available with premounted high quality Pick it S2 MM cartridge. Its superstiff and perfectly damped construction provides a perfect tracking of the record groove.
Moving Magnet Cartridge Pro-ject Pick it S2 MM :
The Pro-Ject Pick it S2 MM is equipped with a special elliptical stylus tip. It provides detailed sound reproduction and expansive imaging. Attached to a strong cantilever, used in DJ cartridges, this cartridge will not just sound great, it is also very strong. Ortofon‘s well known split pole pins enables it to have a flat frequency response, which compares with MC cartridges. The superior treble output provides a dynamic and warm sound. Inspired by the diamond found on the stylus, the Pick it S2 MM is a beautiful design featuring a new and unique semi-transparent grey color.
