      Reviews :

"Sublime ballad work from Dutch vocalist Ann Burton – sung with near-invisible accompaniment from the Louis Van Dyke trio! Van Dyke's got an especially tender touch on the keys – one that hangs in air with great space between the notes – a mode that's simply perfect for Ann's ethereal way of putting over a tune! Tracks are mostly familiar standards, but they've got a fragile approach here that makes them sound especially fresh – and a few tracks feature some especially nice tenor sax work from Rudy Brink. Titles include "Someone To Watch Over Me", "A Lovely Way To Spend An Evening", "It Never Entered My Mind", "The Shadow Of Your Smile", "Here's That Rainy Day", and "That Ole Devil Called Love".” Dusty Groove
